Our latest models use natural hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a charge under 150g it falls below the threshold for hydrocarbon – which means no more worries about expensive insurance or complex zone control and allowing it to be placed on the cookline.

But that's not all! Our redesigned self-closing door and high performance insulation significantly improve energy efficiency. And we have earned BREEAM accreditation to prove it.

The simple to operate controller makes it easy for any member of staff to program and monitor the cycle. The clear digital display shows the elapsed time and the food probe temperature, if in use.

Energy efficiency

Our latest models use natural hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a charge < 150g, it falls below the threshold for hydrocarbon equipment, meaning no costly insurance or zone control necessary, allowing it to be placed on the cookline.

Cleaning and hygiene

For ease of cleaning and hygiene, construction is stainless steel throughout and interiors have radiused corners, fully removable trayslides / racking as well as magnetic, balloon door gaskets.

Choice of hard, soft and core food temperature probe-controlled blast cycles to suit food type.

Equal chilling and freezing capacities 

The new innovative design allows all models to accept the maximum product weight in both the chill and freeze mode of operation. For example, a WBCF30 can blast chill or blast freeze up to 30kg of food.
